RaitoSenpai says... Sry, for the long reply :P

\r\n

Hey, your reply was in response to the loooonnnnnngggggg posted comment I'd left for you, right? So no apologies need exchanging! *grin*  It's fun to see your responses to my comments, and by doing this, I have validation that you at least looked at and read that missive I'd left you.  I'm always afraid I'm overdoing it when things get that long, but dang it! I got things to say!!!!  *smile*

\r\n

You can comment to me at any time you want to have a conversation, and never, ever worry about how long or short it is, nor how long it's been since the last time we chatted, ok?

Now, onward to your actual Anime List:  sorted by ratings, it seems you enjoy a good adventure, some nice plot development., mebbe a little comedy. Kinda like me.  So here are some suggestions to look at that aren't yet on your list.

\r\n

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion / Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 - the story of Lelouch Lamperou who gains a special ability that helps him in his fight against oppression against the evil Britannia empire.  If you can make it through the mecha-battle-of-the-week plotline rut that this falls into midway into the story, it will come out of it again to have a nice plot twist and conclusion

\r\n

Hal - anime movie dealing with the aftereffects of the death of a loved one

\r\n

Ouran High School Host Club - a comedy variety with a bit of romance

\r\n

Seirei no Moribito - nice graphics/animation highlight this tale of a prince who harbors a secret within and the spear-wielding warrior woman sworn to protect him

\r\n

Trigun - to me this is an anime classic! LOL  an action/comedy with a serious understory and a loveable goofball of a hero in Vash the Stampede

\r\n

If you check these out and decide to watch any, please drop me a comment to let me know what you think and whether or not you enjoyed them.

So, I decided to take a quick look at your Anime List to see if I could come up with some suggestions for you.  Brief comments on your Want to Watch list (which, OMG, is nearly as long as MINE is!!!):

\r\n

Azumanga Daioh - this series is a bunch of loosely connected random nonsense, so it is a perfect anime to watch an episode now and then between other series and generally a nice comedic break between viewing other shows.  In case you don't feel like watching the entire series on its own...

\r\n

Blood+ - one of the first anime shows I'd ever completed in its entirety, so I have fond thoughts for this title

\r\n

Btooom! - much better high stakes survival game anime than I thought it would be  This and Danganronpa Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei The Animation were nice surprises to the genre to me

\r\n

Captain Harlock (2013) - you like Harlock????  If so, this is a nice film, done up Final Fantasy CGI graphics style  Enjoy!

\r\n

Cowboy Bebop -  kind of a classic, one of my friends adores this anime. Me, I've seen it a couple of times, worth the rewatch, but am not as crazy about it as he is

\r\n

Eve no Jikan Movie - definitely see the movie instead of the series, because essentially, the movie IS the series, plus additional footage.  And unless you want to watch it twice, see the movie instead.

\r\n

Gungrave - my Cowboy Bebop friend loves this series to pieces too. Again, I'm not as thrilled with it as he is, but it may be a guy enjoyment thing. And you -are- a guy.

\r\n

Jigoku Shoujo - I very much disliked this show!  The same episode over and over, variations on a theme.  I'm told that near the end of the series we get some plot development and character backstory, but I never made it that far... the beginning episodes are just the same story told the same way just with new characters. meh... ugh...

\r\n

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012) - testosterone laden adventure fun! Get into the entire JoJo franchise with this series from the franchise

\r\n

K-On! - cute little moe girlfriends hanging out and having fun together.  Watch the first episode. If you like it, good: the entire rest of the series (and the entire FRANCHISE) is more of the same.  If you watch it, and think eh, not bad, it'll get better: trust me, it won't.

\r\n

Mushishi - slower paced, episodic SOL-type of show but with intriguing premise and engaging main character, so I recommend it - I haven't yet finished, but plan to soon, and then watch the second season!  And the OP theme song gets stuck in my head so easily, I love the Sore Feet song!

\r\n

Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ - I had fun watching this show. Interesting but I wanted more. The ending was lacking  a bit for me, but it was a good ride to get there!

\r\n

Princess Mononoke - many folks LOVE this. Not me. Overhyped, overdone environmentally themed Ghibli movie.  See Spirited Away instead if you want to watch good Ghibli.

\r\n

School Rumble - Another fun series, like Azumanga Daioh, that lends itself to being viewed in conjunction with other anime, as well as ofc viewing as a stand-alone series on its own.  I like to have a comic break from watching more serious stuff, though, and an episode or two from a decent reliable anime schooldays comedy is a good way to take some time and breathe a little when I need a break from the more somber stuff.

\r\n

Seikon no Qwaser - Seikon no Boobies is on your list????!!!!!!  Eh, it's not bad for ecchi crap anime, really, I kinda enjoyed it, although a girl cannot show up and be on the screen for 30 seconds before her anatomy is violated in some way, for every single female character's appearance.  Just be warned.  Oh, and stay away from the related Picture Drama anime - some of the WORST stuff I have ever seen, it's truly vile and offensive.  But SnQ is decent, 2nd series a bit less so, and again, stay FAR AWAY from the Picture Dramas.

\r\n

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - this super popular anime has a little bit of everything: comedy, action, romance, even mechas!

\r\n

Welcome to the NHK! - this was a much anticipated viewing for me. Maybe because I was expecting and hoping for so much from it, it let me down. Anyway, I didn't enjoy it.

\r\n

Wolf Children - much better than the series description/synopsis says it is, or makes it seem
