Obscure and Underrated Anime Titles

I really want to see more underrated and obscure anime out there. I've a few favorites that I can list to give you an idea of what kinds I'm looking for. I'm bored of the popular trending stuff, I like it don't get me wrong, but I am left feeling like I want something a little less appreciated.

Merc Storia
Rampo Kitan
They're really good. I highly recommend them all!

Land of the Lustrous is honestly something everyone should watch. The artwork is so beautiful and the world building is fascinating.

Cuticle Detective Inaba and Handa-kun are good shows. Very underrated and some of the few shows that can constantly make me laugh

Really doesn't know how to get anime recommandation. My favorite was psychic detective yakumo, wolf's rain, mushishi, fullmetal alchemist, monster, your name. Something where protagonist is 20+ age/seinen.
And if possible no to little romance.
Can someone recommend some anime.
