EnvySin EnvySin says...

If you liked DearS or Sora no Otoshimono, you'd like the other because....if you like the whole slave and master thing or the clueless alien or angel space girl with big breasts. Or just for the Ecchi or crazy insanity that in sues.

Galadriel Galadriel says...

both DearS and Sora no Otoshimono revolve around non-human beings becoming the slaves of perverted boys. Also both shows are hardcore in terms of ecchi so if you like one of this two shows then you will enjoy the other one as well.

KiraRin KiraRin says...

Not only do both shows feature alien girls wearing collars and looking for a "master" to obey, but they both feature some absolutely hilarious moments in anime! Both are utterly perverted, unrealistic and far from being the best ecchi out there, but I think fans of one will appreciate the other.

nosaint317 nosaint317 says...

A great choice for either by comparison. Both have extremely hot and sexy extraordinary being ready to please and serve their master however necessary while being a bit on the clueless side of certain aspects. Both are hilarious animes with tons of fan service and good stories(especially the mangas). The only big difference in these 2 is, whatever happens in Sora, tends to be EPIC! Whether its fighting or panty raids.

Zaig Zaig says...

Both of these extremely ecchi anime are about “hawt” aliens who become slaves to some guy. True love isn‘t really the main thing focused on here, comedy is perverted, etc, etc--the real connection is that the female aliens are in slavery (we‘re also not really sure how or why, they just are XD). I’m relatively sure this in itself will work for you, since we watched one of them first.

KittyEmperor KittyEmperor says...

Alien girls who wear collars and who find a master who just happens to be humans in both cases.  In both cases the alien girl acts something like a maid to their master doing whatever he says and in both cases the aliens have a variety of powers to help them serve.  Both series feature similar styles of comedy and ecchi though in my opinion it's much better in Sora no Otoshimono.  If you liked one then you'll probably like the other as well.

spoot spoot says...

There are some large similarities in both series, non-human, seemingly emotionless girl suddenly appears, becomes the protagonist's slave and gradually develops feelings for him.

Both have a lot of ecchi comedy as well, so if you love one, the other should be right up your alley.

Deer50 Deer50 says...

Both main characters find a cute girl which aren't human. They start living with them. The non-human girl doesn't know about the world around them the the main guy has to teach them. Other people are looking for them because they're different than others of their kind. Also the girls both have collars.

Chobits

Reasons you might like Chobits...

sothis sothis says...

While Chobits is a little less ecchi than Sora, both involve a non-human girl becoming the plaything of a perverted boy. Plenty of wacky shenanigans are in store for both casts, and both also have darkness behind the scenes that isn't revealed till later.

Galadriel Galadriel says...

both Chobits and Sora no Otoshimono are centered on a non-human being becoming the toy of a perverted boy. Both animes have a dark side behind and also both of them exceed in terms of ecchi aspects (Chobits is abit more decent than Sora no Otoshimono). If you liked one of this shows then for sure you will like the other one as well.

Deer50 Deer50 says...

Both are about a guy who finds a non-human girl that changes his life making it more interesting. Both girl characters are seemingly emotionless, doe-eyed characters and know nothing about the world. Though they seem emotionless they care alot for their master and it builds on them showing emotion later. There are similar circumstances and focus alot on panties.

eaper eaper says...

These series both follow a male getting very close to a non-human who happens to be very innocent, but with a large mystery behind her. Sora is a lot more ecchi throughout, but they both have a large mystery playing out in the background.

Darkest Darkest says...

It both about android-girls, which have no emotions and don't know anything about world around them. Besides, both of heroines have some mystery in their past

seine seine says...

Main character lives with a none-human female. The setting and such are quite different, though the enjoyment factor is about the same. Plus there's the ecchi moments you'd expect from such shows, because of the circumstances that are brought up.

pacord1 pacord1 says...

It is the bit of sci-fi we love with the romance and comedy we searc for. Both are have these amazing traits to them with the addition of school life and some slice of life.

Deazent Deazent says...

Persocoms(Chobits) and Angeloids(Sora no Otoshimono) are very similar in appearance. They both are made to serve their master. Main characters from both animes (Ikaros and Chii) are very similar. They both lack emotions, common sense and both male protagonists tries to teach them those things they lack. It's just that Angeloids seems to be more developed and are more human than Persocoms, as they each have their own personality. Tomoki (SnO) is a huge pervert at all times and shows it, whilst Hideki (Chobits) is less of a pervert, and most of the times keeps it to himself. If you liked one of these, you'll definitely like the other one.

XxMicrochibixX XxMicrochibixX says...

Chobits and Sora no Otoshimono are both comedy anime with romance between a human boy and robot girls. Both contain ecchi fanservice as well. Both also have a bit of a darker story to them.

hamletsmage hamletsmage says...

While Sora definitely increases the ecchi factor, it shares quite a lot with Chobits. The main character is your average guy with a peaceful-enough life until one day he finds a strange girl that flips his life upside down. The girl starts off as an empty-headed, subservient being, but don't underestimate that pretty face. With drama and crazy circumstances happening all the time, these animes take the viewer on a rollercoaster of emotions.

Ymarsakar Ymarsakar says...

Both have certain themes such as fan service and humor as one part of the entertainment. But there is also a more serious side that heavily interweaves with the main character's personality. While I think the extreme personality split in Sora no Otoshimono was too far apart for it to be easy to believe when the characte rmade the switch from hentai pervert to serious hero, High School DxD's protagonist has a much smoother transition. DxD also has greater reliance on values and themes such as chivalry, with a very interesting battle mechanics (chess pieces).

ilubsanime ilubsanime says...

Sora no otoshimono and Highschool DxD aren't exactly the same, but when it comes to semi-naked beauties they both pull it off exquisitely. They both have a good amount of humor, but Sora definitely has more. They have different focuses on the main plot, but the feel is very similar. They are both A+ in my book.

TRINITYROX TRINITYROX says...

both anime have high comedy containt, main characters are pervs

both main characters are surounded by cluster of girls

Both are full of action.

Crizy Crizy says...

Even though they aren't that similar and you may find one better than the other, both are the same kind. Protagonist surronded by multiple women. Every character can be compared to the other anime. Both animes bring together Ecchi, Harem, Fantasy and Action mixed to a pinch of Comedy.

Both being that similar, someone who likes Sora no Otoshimono or High School DxD should like both, even though I keep a small preference for High School DxD.

magicshadow818 magicshadow818 says...

I like Heaven's lost property and High School Dxd because they are the best representitives of ecchi. Both have the great angel vs demon contrast that is borrowed from western ideology, but go beyong that. Both have a solid story line and plenty of the good stuff. When I hear ecchi, I think naked people, comedy, and all the other things that make an anime great. Both of these hit all the requirments. If you have seen one, make sure to watch the other. Sora has 2 seasons and 2 movies. I think High only has 2 season. Go watch them, they are great

ReiannaSakura1 ReiannaSakura1 says...

If you like perverts, dirty joke and harems than high school dxd. Even though they show excessive amounts boobs this anime has a really good story to it. If you liked high school dxd than im 100% sure that you will LOVE Heavens lost property (sora no otoshimono). These anime have very diffrent stories behind them but they are both really good. They also managed to find a perfect balance between a good story and ecchiness that is with in the anime. 10/10 would recomend both anime ( if youlike ecchi anime)

aintnoprophetjr aintnoprophetjr says...

You got the perverts on both ends. Its funny, pretty girls, and a good story to go with it. And of course that famous staple of the harem is always ever vigilant. Though Sora no Otoshimono, Heavens lost property, Has a lot less nudity it is still a great formula that works.

DeathGunNowDie DeathGunNowDie says...

both of the main characters are huge purverts which only desire is huge boobs to hold they both have the same comidedic sense however heaven's lost property keeps you in the loop and keeps you engagged within to keep watching the first and and season behond that however hig school DxD becomes a little boring the further u go in and thats because the only thing we are actually looking for is the great boobies shoots so when u focus on that more than the story i would have to recommend Heaven's lost property however if you want a great story and great boobies in your face ill have to recommend high school DxD

Each of these series focus around a normal guy getting paired up with superpowered girls that protect/help them any way they want. Each series is also centered around super powers and ecchi, making them a good fit.

I watched Sora no otoshimono and it immediatly reminded me of Sekirei. They both start with just a regular guy who suddenly sees a girl come from the sky.  They also have similar relationships and hardships.  Both have the guy who in time gets these women who are strong in their own way and fight others to keep each other  safe.  If you liked one you will like the other for sure!

Both shows are based on some powerful humanoids which dedicate themselves to their masters/ashikabis. If you watched one of them you'll definetly feel the resemblence betwen them in the first episodes. Sekirei and Sora no Otoshimono might look like an ordinary comedy/harem but don't let the first glance fool you, those shows have a great character development and they reveal themselves more and more with every episode

Both series are about a guy who gains multiple devoted girls. They are there to do his bidding and long for his attention. Harem, ecchi, comedy, and action.

In both of these series the main cast is very similiar. Presence of Ikaros and Nymph in Sora no Otoshiomono and Hellsythe and Haruna in Zombie. Both Ayumu and Tomoki keep getting in embarrassing situations. Plus some gender blender though little less in Otoshiomono. Similarity is outstanding. If you liked one of these be sure to check the other one out.

I would recommend it, because

the humor is similar

both deal about fantasy themes wrapped up in a reality environment

and some fighting is also incuded.

The main reason they share, however, is the ridiculously funny humor

Self-proclaimed, proud pervert Ryousuke loves women – to him, their butts and breasts are a 'treasure box' of joy for all men. So when the boy spots a fiery-haired girl standing in the rain one day, he invites her to his house – but he didn't expect to be stabbed with a magical sword in return! The girl, Lisara, is actually a high-level shinigami who must absorb the spiritual powers of others to survive in the human world. Until she can find a genius with enormous expendable energy, she's decided to form a contract with Ryousuke, but unfortunately for the busty babe, the horny teen's mojo is fueled only through his constant perversion. Two pervs end up in the company of a busty non-human girl, action and ecchi ensues. The roles are a little different, with Sora's main plaything in a servant-type role, while Dakara skews more towards Lisara being the one in power. Still, fans of one will surely appreciate the other.

After his initial hesitance to acknowledge her existence, Kakeru - as her new owner - names the girl Melon and allows her to stay. Melon, as it turns out, is part of a government project in which aluminium and steel 'Akikans' fight each other to determine which is the superior type of can. To Love Ru and Sora no Otoshimono are quite similar in that both stories revolve around an sexy and extraordinary girl that came from the heavens (outer space in the case of To Love Ru) becoming hopelessly devoted to a schoolboy on Earth.  Both have wonderfully echi comedy revolving around this situation, and the various high tech devices created by the visitor.
