Happy Sugar Life

Sep 12, 2021

The storyline and characters persona are really well tailored here in story, each character has dark persona and tragic at the same time, with the introduction of different desires, motives and their way of concealing and way of escape to make it more bearable to each of their own is what gave me the interest to continue on watching it without focusing my intention on it's resolution but rather the exploration of each journey whilst unleashing it's conclusion at the end. My term of conclusion doesn't imply to say that there's a concluded ending period but rather it's more of a way of real life- where there... See full review

Ushiro no Shoumen Dare

Jul 12, 2020

A very sad and beautiful anime movie. It really shows a simple life in a small town, I love all this kind of movies- where it was all focus on what are the only needs in this living. To have a family beside to protect, to have a simple childhood, playing with other children on the town, and to have enough food to eat.  The characters really hit it, how to be a human, shows how human act in compassion, with lots of tears and to strongly keep the feet on the ground. I love Kyoko and her brothers, they all really have different likes and hobbies.  The ending was so emotional, but it's in a good... See full review

Colorful (2010)

Jul 12, 2020

This is a wonderful anime, it's concept may be quite simple, but the arrangements of storyline is actually really good. Others may not like the characters behaviors here specially for Makoto, but it didn't bother me at all, he was reincarnated with a mission to fulfill, he had absolutely no clue to the body he ends up and so he's always confuse on how to react to others, and he wonders along about what type of person he end up having. He may appear cold or some sharp turns in his decisions and actions, well that's because he was reincarnated in a body that has passed away with no single clue about the life... See full review

A Silent Voice

Jul 11, 2020

It was a warm story, I absolutely adore the animation- it's foggy bright light pallete, the voice characters are excellent, the story was simple and ordinary- it's sad too, because it is included in reality these kind of troubles. Each characters shows a good own personality that they really did embodies, but with a limited time to tackle each of them, but of course it was perfectly fine as a movie with it's time span. It's a great drama with a soft step progress without being too dramatically hardcore. I will not write about the manga, because well there's a lot of things going on there as well, that the... The Perfect Insider

Jul 11, 2020

This is one of my top list since I've watched it from a long time. Honestly there's a lot of complexity logic solving here and there, some of them I didn't remember now at all. But it was a great anime, it wasn't too slow paced for me, and it was really more focus in the mystery itself. There's a good thrill here for insights as the story progress too that you will always look forward to. (Spoiler) since on the episode where I saw how Magata behave with her uncle, I already have the feeling there. Specially on the early episode where both arms and limbs were totally cut off, I had the feeling that from the... See full review

ERASED

Jul 11, 2020

I actually like Erased a lot. I enjoy watching it till the end, not in a way because of cliffhangers, or thrill feeding for the viewers- if anything I didn't felt it at all. I kind of enjoy the story, it was really good if you don't go crazy about it's validation in logical perspective.  First- on early episodes you might feel that there's a lot of filling stuffs been incorporating, but I still gave it a shot, and turns out it wasn't that bad that ruins and complicates the stories aim or motives. Second- (with spoiler) I appreciate it for not being a "its-a-love-story-at-end", it's quite... See full review

Wasteful Days of High School Girls

Jul 10, 2020

This kind of anime are really good. It's fun and refreshing anime that you can enjoy watching. The opening song are excellent, I like it alot. And I love the characters, it somehow fitted some good serious scenes (like the friendship of the 3 protagonist how they stop having in touch with each other, the love relationship of Momoi and her grandma, Ota and the professor moments at the convention), it gives breath to the characters own doing too outside school life. The trio developed of Kanade, Momoi and Lily are great too. It's at ease to see how Baka was so extraverted and loud, I never get tired of... See full review

O Maidens in Your Savage Season

Jul 10, 2020

About it's bright pastel colour pallete, I really love it. For the story of course it is just typical highschool romance and comedy. But it has an ecchi touch on it for the story tells about this group of highschoolers who are entering young adulthood. Despite it's common grounds of story, more immature or naive thinking into understanding young adult things in their highschool life, I think their sensitivity to the concept of "sex thing" was the main point that shows their different deals and story along. My favorite character is Sugawara san, she appears to be quite, composed and said to be... See full review

Ao-chan Can't Study!

Jul 10, 2020

This anime is good to consider if you happen to have a spare time (unless this are the type of anime you're into). This anime wasn't my forte, but I still manage to watch it through, because:  The anime has a good management to it's time play around 15mins. per episode, with it's primary scenes- where Ao-chan will think about this and that and completely gets the wrong intension over and over, there's no characters development for you to be engage with, this can be boring and you'll lose interest eventually, but they didn't overdo things all at once, and even without a solid plot to this story, it... Arte

Jul 10, 2020

About the setting, it is not the most reliable picture of the history (16th century) and there's a lot of overlooked issues or how things are in that time period where the anime choose to take place. It was delivered so lightly, doesn't give the "how things are from that time" rather it is in a "fantasy" viewpoint, so it is acceptable. But about the story line of the protagonist itself, it gives a classic tale of a noble wanting to break free on their own. It's a good anime without the thrill or anticipation to turn for what next will happen, rather a good fantacy drama. About Arte's... See full review

Smile Down the Runway

Jul 10, 2020

The review for this anime depends on what perspective you're going to take. If it's all about picking up the storyline based on reality of the social situation- the fashion industry, then there's a lot of mess and lack of research. It can be not the most auspicious anime for those who had a well background. On the other hand, the story is more than- or at least has different to convey. It shows how dreams play a role on finding our motivation here, and pursuing our passion for our purpose. That to say in a more life reality view. You are genuinely and effortlessly admirable if you play in your own element... See full review
