When she wakes up, it's night, in a place she's never been before, with no way of knowing how to get home. Nadeshiko is saved when she encounters Rin, a girl who is out camping by herself. This outdoorsy girls story begins with this first encounter between Nadeshiko and Rin.

Despite the vast differences between their worlds and the events within, both of these anime are typically pretty relaxing and fun as we follow their young female leads. Girls' Last Tour is bleaker with more rumination on life, but either can be good for a bit of chill time.

Morita-san wa Mukuchi TV

Morita-san wa Mukuchi TV

Mayu learned everything she knows about manners from her mother – most importantly, that in any conversation, she should make eye contact at all times and let the other person finish their thoughts completely before responding. Unfortunately for Mayu, this advice is difficult to follow when your friends are a bunch of talkative high school girls, and has left everyone thinking she's overly quiet and shy instead! With good friends such as chatty Miki and shy Hana beside her, Mayu will silently navigate her high school life and have plenty of fun in the process!

Girls' Last Tour and Morita-san wa Mukuchi are both iyashikei anime. You needn't have to invest too much to undestand what's going on in the story, they are easy going and give off a sense of comfort. While GLT does have a slight story arc, it can also be rewatched episodically, very much like Morita-San. Both shows have an almost exclusively all-female cast and also only female main characters. If you're into cute girls being cute, these two will be your jam.

Coppelion

Coppelion

In the year 2016, a catastrophic incident at the Odaiba nuclear power plant contaminated the city with radiation and turned Tokyo into a ghost town devoid of life. 20 years later, Japan still struggles with the environmental consequences of that fateful day, and actively looks for survivors using Coppelions: genetically-engineered, radiation-resistant girls who scour the streets when SOS calls occur. With military support and funding to back them up, these young ladies continue to explore Tokyo and discover just who, and what, managed to survive.

Both are about girls surviving in an abandoned city. Both shows feature occasional encounters with survivors and the exploration of their environment.

Both shows revolve around a cute duo of cute blonde and black-haired girls venturing the interesting and unique world they live in and seeing new places. Though Girls' Last Tour has a depressing atmosphere while Kemono Friends has a cheery one. I still think fans may appreciate each other as they both have a "Cute girls adventuring strange worlds vibe".

Both shows revolve around people who are oblivious/curious about the world around them, both have survival as a main theme while meeting new faces along the way, and both have pretty aesthetics and atmosphere, TYE has more fantasy elements than GLT and is more dark. I still think fans of each other can find things to appreciate about each respective series.
