BL about stalkers and serial killers. Trapped in an apartment. Morbid and creepy. Killing Stalking has similar hair colors in the two crazy leads as this manhua.

ZarIsHere ZarIsHere says...

Both of the suggested Manga revolve around Eerie themes and BL. The leads both have some serious issues with them making it all the more 'enjoyable' depending on your point of view. In both manga, theres similar appearances along the lines of murder. If you're not a fan of deep and eerie BL manga, I'd stay away from both of these titles.

both manhwas are similiar in terms of its abuse (+ gore) and both have murdering involved with the top torturing the bottom

If you're looking for serial killers with a desire for torturing their prey (and others), you'll love both Blind Play and Killing Stalking. Both have their fair share of blood, torture, pain, and playing games with helplessly tied up victims again and again, which is a great gift to anyone looking for that sort of thing in their manga.

Jinx

Jinx

Physical therapist Kim Dan has been down on his luck for as long as he can remember. Between an ailing grandmother, menacing loansharks, and an old boss making it almost impossible for him to find work, Dan is truly running out of options. Naturally, it feels like a dream come true when he’s finally hired to treat top-paid MMA fighter Joo Jaekyung, especially when the man then calls him out for a treatment the night before a match with an oh-so-tantalizing offer of five thousand dollars. He claims to have a “jinx” in need of a particular type of “treatment," but it's one that Dan isn't quite prepared to offer… You see, Jaekyung may be a beast in the ring, but he’s even rougher in the bedroom, and Dan’s not sure he can survive Jaekyung at his most primal. Nevertheless, the promise of much-needed cash has Dan agreeing to this ill-fated deal... Could a night together be the thing to help Jaekyung break this jinx once and for all?

It might be a stretch, but there's a commonality here. Both of the MCs are weaklings that are living with unfavorable conditions. Joo Jaekyung and Sangwoo (the love interests?) are aggressive, violent, and abusive towards the MCs as well as other characters. Both Joo Jaekyung and Sangwoo have promiscuous tendencies and are popular/idolized in society despite being horrible individuals.

Unlike Jinx, Killing Stalking is framed as a horror story; However, Jinx could have be written with the same kind of prespective considering how terrifying Joo Jaekyung's rage has depicted. Jinx is more geared towards being a regular BL if Joo Jaekyung gets a redemption arch or if the MC finds a different partner.

(Even though Killing Stalking is a manhwa and Ai no Kusabi is a light novel I'll just use the word manga to describe them because that's easier)

They are both intense and dark mangas that explore taboo-themes such as murder, rape and insanity. The reader is constanty on his toes wanting to know what will happen next. In both mangas, one person takes the other one captive and forces him into obedience - and after a while that person becomes a slave to his master, willing to do his every bidding.

Even though yaoi is a big part of both mangas, it's not the main plot.

Exclude the blood, abuse, and tragic backstorys from Killing Stalking, and all you have left is lust. Crash Into Me and Killing Stalking are almost the same in terms of lust. In addition, Crash Into Me has some blood scenes like Killing Stalking (except less bloody).
