When Miyako Arata joins the Shinjuku Ward Office, he thinks he's gotten a normal civil servant job. But it turns out he's joined the Night Community Exchange Department, one of which operates secretly in each of Tokyo's twenty-three ward offices. Their job is to resolve occult issues concerning non-human beings. Accompanied by his senpai and department head Sakaki Kyoichi and the occult obsessed Himetsuka Seo, they work night after night, facing off with beings whose existence defies the laws of our world.
Both anime revolve around investigation teams which deal with supernatural cases. For Midnight occult civil servants the main character - Arata can talk to anothers which are mythical creatures such as vampires, spirits and youkais. In special seven vampires, dwarfs ect coexist with humans.
Both have a nice charming select of charcaters and both follow a simular theme of investigator stuff amungest them (✿╹◡╹)

If you like Cop Craft or Special 7: Special Crime Investigation Unit, you'll like the other. Both involve cops solving cases and unique abilities.
Both of them are very similar with group of police is the mix of humans and otherworldly creatures working together with bizarre cases involving magic and occults. Both of them also have great action fight scenes that is very exhilarating.
In the future, a system called Sibyl presides over the country and provides order to every facet of life. It dictates which job fields citizens should go into based on aptitude tests, and can even read each resident's mental state and predict which ones are likely to commit crimes in the future. Fresh from exams, Akane Tsunemori is beginning her career as an Inspector, a specialized police officer who works to apprehend these latent criminals and stop crimes before they happen. But not all that get caught are eliminated or jailed, some join the police force as Enforcers to provide insight into criminals’ minds, and Akane is warned not to get too close to them, as they're considered little more than hunting dogs. Though skeptical of this advice, and Sibyl's judgement, Akane is determined to work together with her Enforcers to protect the peace of her city and its inhabitants.

Has a similar crime/police concept, except for psychopass it is a bit darker. Ichinose and Kogami feel similar to me.
The city state of Lisvalletta. Two suns rise above this city, and the people here live peaceful lives, but in the shadows crime and illegal drugs run rampant. Among them is the dangerous, highly lethal drug "Anthem" which casts a dark shadow over the city. The SEVEN-O Special Crime Investigation Unit specializes in cracking down on Anthem. This unit operates in two man "buddy" teams in what's called the "Double Decker System" to tackle the problem. Doug Billingham is a seasoned investigator, and joining him is Kirill Vrubel, whose abilities are mysterious and unknown.

the shows focus on two detectives one a veteran (who seems cold Towards other people) and a newcomer who seems to have mystery paste/ special ability they doesn't aware off.

Both series follow detectives with some kind of superpowers; Main character is also similar, a new guy who is a little naive; other characters are similar too: a smart, analytical guy with a weird sense of humour, a boss who coordinates the team, and so on. While dealing with what seems to be unrelated cases a bigger plot reveals itself.

Both animes have :
Set in a futuristic Tokyo, Active Raid tells the story of “The Eighth,” a rash and careless unit of power-armored police called the “5th Special Public Security Section’s Mobile Assault Division.” After the Third Quicksand Disaster sinks Tokyo into a quagmire, the city's reconstruction efforts are carried out using high-output, reinforced exoskeletons called Willwears. But they can also be misused, and to combat the rising number of crimes involving them, the National Police Agency establishes at its Kichioji Branch the Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit, AKA Unit 8.
The nation's capital, Tokyo, where the Space Elevator Project is proceeding at full tilt, in preparation for the summit. Established to fight crime based around Willwear, enhanced armor, is the Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit—Unit 8 in short. Having saved Japan from Logos' terrorism, Unit 8 was now become really popular around the country. However, crimes misusing Willwear showed no signs of slowing down. In fact, they kept escalating. Kuroki and the rest of Unit 8 now have new members on their side, and continue to fight evil crimes with their brains, bravery, and the gift of gab—now with the help of civilian police.
