This is a BL story. The main characters are both psychos in their own way. It has a dark and tragic storyline. The story is memorable and hits you deep.
Both stories are tragic and dark in interesting ways, and explore the depths of what the main characters would do about their feelings for one another. While The Black Mirror is more deeply rooted in the supernatural, the psychological elements of Psycho mirror that well enough that a fan of one will be a fan of the other for sure.
Yoseob, normally very quiet and composed, is in the police station convicted of stabbing 8 civilians with a knife. Everyone's wondering whether he actually committed the crime. Does he, a mere high-schooler, really have any reason to have done such a horrifying act? Does his obsessive love for his older brother, Jaeha, have something to do with it?

If you're a fan of the way that Hare and Zach protect each other from harm, then it's very possible you'll also enjoy the way that Yoseob will do anything for his brother to keep him safe. While An Uncomfortable Truth follows a younger cast and focuses its plot more on other characters impacted by what brothers do over their love for each other, one can't deny how the psychological aspects of intense love between two people so close is similar in both, and how both will leave you wanting to hug the main characters and give them the protection they've been lacking all along.
I just got such similar vibes! Both are great stories, and I would reccomend them to anyone that likes phycological and dark stories

Both of these are dark psychological romance stories with murderous male leads and themes of loneliness and obsession, with some similar story elements. If you liked one, you'll like the other; especially if you enjoy a really, really big twist!

While one is an BL and the other one is not, both of these mirror each other in acting as stories from the perspective of the normal one vs from the mind of the obsessive one.
Also they both end with one character in the same situation as the conclusion but with different tones :)
Psycho is a psychological thriller, you'll love or hate the twists! Save Me is a good old revenge story with a lovable main character, and a mysterious, obsessive helper.
Finally: Note to the BL fans, they are also both similar in the sense that you won't be satisfied if you are looking to read a BL romance lol

While Psycho is much more emotional and psychological, if you liked the capitivity elements of Psycho but wished there was more on-page sex, An Easy Target might fill what you're looking for. The vibes aren't the same, so go in knowing that they won't necessarily fill the exact same hunger specifically, but if you're okay with a different stripe on the same zebra, then An Easy Target will probably be a good place to go next.
