This review contains spoilers. If you thought this would be as cute and fluffy as the manhwa, turn back and forget about reading this. I cannot look at the ML the same anymore, his character is ruined for me. Note, I didnt even finish the novel. I got about 10-15 chapters in before disgust overwhelmed me. Firstly, sexual assault is a common theme. It happens to the MC and what made me really drop it was that when the ML captured her-- he didn't just order her to be executed. He ordered her to be ASSAULTED and then killed. Why? Because apparently if you kill a virgin in battle, she'll haunt you. What? Yeah. Anyway, I'm not reading a ROMANCE where the MALE LEAD displays such horrific and dispicable behavior and I am shocked that this doesn't have a worse rating.
