Yea~aauh...that synopsis is very misleading...When Lucifer was reincarnated, fe was reincarnated into feir original body. Then fe asked to be transferred into an artificial, more humanlike body--a body that had been created by Roroa. But by no means is this new body "normal" either; it had been created to have a much higher growth speed than most people, meaning that Lucifer soon becomes overpowered and ridiculous. The worst part, though, is that Lucifer seems unaware of the abnormalities with this body. How can someone so experienced and aged be so oblivious and naive? Also, while adventuring in the dungeon/tower does occur, there is actually more focus on the restaurant and its owner, Kya. You see, Kya's mother is hospitalized and could be cured with a certain herb that is found on the 5th or 6th floor of the tower, so Lucifer is helping fem try to get to this herb on the day when they aren't working as waiters in the restaurant. It should be noted that Lucifer has basically just latched onto the first person fe ran into who needed help and is building the entire trajectory of feir life going forward based off of this. Lucifer's character design made me think of Light Yagami. That kind of generic, mop-top look. Several of the girls look overly similar, and are very boring in their cuteness (in other words, they just aren't drawn all that well). The way the mouths were drawn frequently felt distracting. The lips look slightly puckered while opened, kinda like duckface or something. The general aesthetic of the world is rustic fantasy, with wooden tankards and carts and cobblestone streets. But there is also some sci-fi elements grafted on top of that, originating from Roroa and feir inventions. Singlehandedly, Roroa has made smart phones and satellites and artificial bodies and artificial intelligence and a host of other things. So the demons that exist on the floating island (Lucifer's allies) are much more technologically advanced than the remainder of the world, which is still presumably under the rule of the angels and high gods. The conflict between the demons and angels will likely be a long-term element to the story and may end up as the primary source of tension, even though currently it's just a side detail. When we see Roroa, Raina, Maura, and the others on the floating island, it has usually been related to them fawning over Lucifer as they spy on fem from afar (an element of the story which I honestly find kinda annoying).
