General Hengel

Hengel is the Chief Representative of Florsheim’s west Tokyo branch. He has quite a fearsome appearance with a giant scissor-claw replacing one of his hands, however despite his fearsome appearance, Hengel is little more than a blatant pervert who enjoys looking at porn and going to maid cafés.
