In both animes there is a military type group of people with their own problems. Both groups ride motorcycle type vehicles with offensive capabilities and battle non-human enemies. There are lies, betrayals, and the worlds they know are not as they know them.
One might initially compare Blassreiter and Viper's Creed based on their usage of a special organization with shape changing motorcycles that work to destroy mindless automatons. And you would be correct to do so. However, there is also an underlying thread of secrecy and intrigue that runs through them as well.
The development of the Infinite Stratos powered exoskeleton changed the world’s balance of power. While the distribution of IS systems has created peace, only women have been able to pilot them. So when Ichika Orimura is discovered to be the first male with the ability to control an IS, whatever plans he had for his future are tossed out the window even as he’s thrown to the wolves and enrolled at the otherwise entirely female Infinite Stratos Academy by order of the Japanese government!

Both Viper's Creed and Infinite Stratos have machine suits. Both anime have great stories. They are different, but similar enough that you will enjoy them. Both have a good amount of characters. Not too many and not too little. Although Viper's Creed has worse animation than Infinite Stratos, they are both great anime.
Both Is and Vipers creed are robot suit technology anime. They got a bit of a diffrent storyline or to say it clearly diffrent genre. But both are worth theyre while i enjoyed both and so will you... Vipers creed is very well made for 2009 standarts IS is better of course, dont get me wrong the better story lies in Viper but IS got better animations, there are 2 years between them so it is understandable...

People in powered armor that blow up crazy robots for money is the initial similarity between Viper's Creed and Bubblegun Crisis Tokyo 2040, But the similarities lie beyond that, with similar characters (or at least characters with similar motivations), as well as the backround conspiracy plot that runs through both of them.
Whatever the reason, while watching Viper's Creed I was reminded of Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040. If you enjoyed one of these shows, I am sure you will find some entertainment with the other.

Quite simply, both Viper's Creed and eX-Driver are about an organization tasked with stopping rogue AI vehicles. The result is a number of high speed chases, generally involving some crazy driving and explosives.
If you enjoyed these elements in one series, you are sure you enjoy them in the other.

I know, what you’re thinking. How can you compare the two? Viper's Creed is a more serious action adventure, and Dominion Tank Police is a comedy. Well simply, both Animes have Elite forces that protect their city. And both cause a bit of collateral damage in the process.
