Both titles have a similar premise of reincarnating into the future. Both of these futures have vastly weaker magic than the era the protagonists reincarnated from, creating an interesting power paradox. However, the stories do play out somewhat differently in their execution. Nonetheless, both stories are decent enough.

Both of these mangas are rather similar because the both have reincarnation tags and also the plot is similar in a way the main character goes to school and he is really overpowered so I think this is a valid reason.

Those series share multiple themes, from faithful maid waiting hundreds of years for hero to get reborn, to magical academy and OP protagonist. Neither series is particularly good, but if you read one series and liked (or disliked) it the other might be an improvement over the other (maybe).
