This is unrelated to your post but I have been admiring your papercraft figure on your profile picture for the past few minutes. Did you make that yourself? I am into papercrafting and like to make figures so I was just curious.

I didn't design it (I'm trying to get the hang of 3D modeling first) but I did assemble it:D here's the link to the artist--

Finished my other two Secret Santa titles, The World is Still Beautiful and K. I enjoyed both of these titles tremendously so thank you Secret Santa for the recs, even the one for Pillow Boys (which had some good moments even though I gave it a negative review/score).

K was a pretty interesting title. It was a little hard for me to follow at first, but once the story got going midway into the series it turn out to be very entertaining. The clash of kings and the Red vs. Blue (and colorless later on in the series) motif gave me some Fire Emblem vives (needed a Green King to complete the triangle). Only thing I really didn't like was the animation style - I'm not a big fan of GoHands and I felt their monotone style of animation was pretty annoying. But overall not a bad first season, and I'll watch the second season (and maybe the movie if I can find it) later on.

The World is Still Beautiful was just that - a very beautiful romance. I took an instant liking to Princess Nike, and Livi to me resembled a chibi version of Lelouch from Code Geass in both his appearance and demeanor. I didn't think that the budding romance was going to work out with the clash of personalities, the differences in social status of the two, and the apparent age difference. But Nike found a way to warm Livi's heart, and it was a satisfying and believable romance in my view. Nike's singing voice was very beautiful - that song of hers is going to get stuck in my brain for a while.

Anyway, once again thank you Secret Santa for the suggestions. I did enjoy all three of the titles, and used them and the review for my ABC card.

Finished Maid-Sama (manga)! Thanks Santa for getting me to finally finish this one. I think I’ve started it a few times in the past and just never got to the end. It was cute! Maybe I’ll get around to watching the anime soon.

I only have a few episodes left of Kokoro Connect. I just got a second job so my anime/manga time is probably going to be reduced, but I think I can make it through all my recs!

Thank you for the link, I'll save it to my bookmarks for future use. I just meant if you made it, not designed it hehe, I wouldn't know where to start by designing a papercraft template; especially because I am bad at drawing etc. You might already know about this website but here's a link to some of my favourite papercraft templates, I think you might like some of them as well. http://www.cubefold-craft.com/popfold
Unfortunately, the person who owns the website stopped designing and uploading templates a few years ago, I read that he was getting too swamped by people requesting designs that he felt overwhelmed. Have you made other papercraft before or was the niffler your first?

I've never come across this site, actually! Thanks

I've been making them for four-ish years now, but my nephew was playing and accidentally hit the bookshelf they were all sitting on and it collapsed, so most of my first ones were crushed. I was really upset about that. I've made a ton more since then though. I'm Squirtle798 on deviantart if you want to look at them:)
I always link to the sources, at least nowadays. I have to go through the older ones and edit them. Everything past the DeLorean should have the link to the template

2 down and one to go. Here is my review of Kiznaiver.

Last on the list is Kokkoku. Seems like a story about a family who has one of their members get kidnapped and they use some kind of mysterious power for a daring rescue. The concept for it is pretty cool but the average ratings for it are kind of meh. That alone doesn't mean I won't like it though. I guess I will have to wait and see.

After looking up who I had again, I caved and stalked them. Turns out they did watch at least one of my recs, and seemed to like it quite a bit (5 star rating + review). So, all in a days work for this Santa! :hamster:

Still working on finishing the last 4 episodes of Children of the Whales though.
