It's actually sort of difficult to explain why you would like both shows, but the fan bases for these two overlap quite heavily. Both the Nanoha and Rozen Maiden franchises definitely fall within the "magical girl" genre, but in many ways innovate past the genre's conventions and provide a similarly entertaining experience despite a lack of directly shared traits.

Both RM and KO are about a mature, classy, tea-loving heroine who enlists the aid of a young boy to help her in a battle with her siblings, in order to determine who will be the ultimate inheritor of the family power. Both are battle-based and are mixed with a slight dose of comedy. Anyone who loves the characters in one will surely like the other.

She soon discovers that this is no normal duel - it's a bizarre and ritualistic battle that the Student Council regularly conducts. If she wants to keep Anthy she'll have to win more duels against members of the Student Council and others. What is the ultimate purpose of these duels and Anthy's role as the Rose Bride?

Both these series have a similar feel to them. This may be due to the fact that rose motif's permeate every frame of both series. The idea of dueling friends to become the only one to attain a goal is also similar in both series. Chances are if you liked either show you will enjoy the other.

Both fantasy series are strikingly similar in that a group of female characters, regardless if they're dolls or children, are adamant in obtaining the same goal. The princess candidates wish to become the "Platinum Princess," and the rozen maidens wish to become "Alice." It is like an elimination game where the winner, the only one left standing, receives the most supreme reward of all.

Both series feature dolls who come to life in order to battle alongside their masters.Rozen Maiden is the more serious of the two shows, with Fantasista Doll being lighter, and closer to your average mahou shoujo anime.

Despie one being a full series, and the other being a ten minute short, i was instantly reminded of Rozen Maiden when i put on HoiHoi-san

It's mainly the cute dolls that come to life and fight each other, with both having somewhat of a dark tone and plenty of action. So if you liked one for the cute dolls fighting things aspect, then the other might be something you should at least check out.
