If you liked Peter Grill, you'd like Interspecies Reviewers! It is also a comedy focused show, with a lot of ecchi and sexual elements about having sex with different kinds of monster girls. IR goes way more into the details of the differences that monster races bring into the bad. The animation and art quality is also a big step up, so you should really have a good time with it!Remember to check out the uncensored version for a more cultured experience.

Both are ecchi shows in a fantasy setting with a similar setup: MC is forced to juggle multiple females (both human and nonhuman) who all want him for his special powers, even though he only wants to be faithful to one princess. Peter Grill is sillier in comparison.
The OVA will adapt the manga's chapter 17 from the fourth volume, where Miia, Cerea, Mero, and Kurusu go to the gym's pool.
