Where the image is place depends on where the cursor is so if you want the image to be on top you will need to move the cursor in front of the text before inserting the image. Once the image is inserted you can press enter on the keyboard and that will move the text below the image.
If you want the image to be beside a text you can do that by using align (the 3 icons with lines in the toolbar).
It's easy to do. You can create links by highlighting the word(s) you want to go along with the link and click on the chain like icon up in the toolbox (if you hover your mouse over the icon it should say insert/edit link). A box should pop up, paste the url link you want and click the purple ok button. That's it.
I hope they way I explained it wasn't too complicated.
Was checking your profile and I see that you used ezgif.com to create GIFs?
Unfortunately, I don't recommend you use the site if you're going to post it in the internet since the GIF created from that site only last for a short amount of time.
As a result, it shows an image that your GIF has expired.
For uploading non-GIF images, you can use imgur.comand for GIFs, you can use giphy.com.
You can still use ezgif.com but for editing purposes only. You can just save the image you edited from that site and then upload it to giphy.com.
