hmmm. at first i was definetly like "oh this crazy bitch is using my sweet little baby to break the curse" but now im not so sure...part of my assumes akito wants to keep the curse as her power over the rest of the family. also im SO SURE that shigure has got some weird shit going on. no idea what but im worrried!!
for some reason, although i know it would never ever happen, i really ship tohru with arisa! as far as the two main boys go, im currently LEANING towards kyo but i could really go either way. we'll have to talk ships once i have finished the show!

Yeah, I saw Galo-Hen and Lio-Hen but I just thought they were alright. They were too short. It's basically just them joining their respective groups and stuff.
yes! watching a show for the first time is a religous expirience (that produces much anxiety)! oh gosh...I have lots of opinions so far. i love the healing romance, but honestly im just SCARED. i never know whats coming next. as much as i love being surprised, i have come very close to looking up "what the frick is akito doing, and why?" i have a few theories, all of which will inevitably prove to be wrong, but GOD its so good anyway! i swear those moments where everythings peaceful, or just anytime saki and arisa are on screen, i feel so happy. or anytime tohru feels loved! OR WHEN KYO FEELS UNDERSTOOD! gahhh! yes. so much yes.
as far as a favorite character goes, how dare you make me answer such a diffiult question! i mean all the characters got somthin sneaky goin on, but that doesnt stop me from wanting to HUG 'EM! obviously, i love my girl tohru. such a sweet soul. no lie, today at work when i was feeling all dejected, i pictured her cheering me on! it helped! i also gotta love those wonderfully broken boys. ah, kyo and yuki, i have high hopes for their mental recuperation! say it with me now...character development!! you can do it boys! oh and everyone else but im too lazy to type what i like about 'em.
if i really had to choose an all time favorite character...it would have to be one of the cats that follows kyo around just for the hell of it. love those guys.

now, since i trust your opinion stranger (and also none of my friends know i watch anime) you gotta tell me what relationships you root for most! i wanna gossip and gush ;)
I felt like I had to get into rants about both Galo and Lio's characters because I strongly feel both fans and haters of Promare mischaracterize them in a way to make one seem better than the other, especially those who strongly think Lio is better-written character than Galo.
I mean, Galo may seem your typical hotheaded, idiotic shonen protagonist, but he is emotionally intelligent and empathetic so I don't understand why people claim he has no depth. Also people need to stop putting Galo and Kamina against each other, they're both created by the same director. Imaishi would scoff at these clowns for doing so.
Also Lio. My problems with several Lio fans I met online just like Lio because he's hot, cute, manspreads, and rages in a flaming dragon. Lio is more than just a pretty face with fire powers. He's mysterious and seemingly cold, but he cares deeply for his people and is merciful even towards his enemies.
It's too bad nowadays people care more about looks, design, and coolness factor over character, personality, and motivations. It really makes me so mad when people dismiss Galo as just "stupid Kamina with no depth or substance" while they just focus on Lio because "hot angery twink."
