Stop reading reviews and just watch this!! Trust me.

Premise: Uniting a group of kids who typically would never have been friends by forcing them into an experimental system that bonds them together through shared pain. This means our cast is extremely diverse in terms of characterstics and backgrounds, and that their relationships are about to surpass about a thousand levels. The development they all go through is like none I've ever seen! Some characters you'd expect to change eventually really don't (they're consistently themselves, it's kinda nice given everyone else is losing their minds a bit), and others grow more than you'd imagined was possible. And even after going through so much together getting along doesn't come easy, but that was one of the most realistic parts of this show!

For only 12 episodes, this elaborate story is developed through and through. The characters are all interesting and you actually care for them, the plot is heart racing and has actually logical reasoning. Amazing. After it all, you are blessed with a solid ending - it's rare for a conclusion to leave me absolutely satisfied and feeling that this was an important use of my time rather than just wasting my life away watching anime...

My words are cliché and mediocre (as per usual v3v") and I fail to accurately capture how much of a gem this series really is. All I can say is every second will keep you fixated, and the story and characters are so rich that even if this isn't a genre that you're into,  you need to watch this!!! Go. Right now. It's straight up beautiful to watch, painful on your feels, but as rewarding as jello.
