Anime

First anime: Beyblade Burst/Attack on Titan

I didn't know Beyblade was an anime at first actually, I would watch it with my brother but pretended I hated it bc I didn't want to admit that I liked what I thought was a "kid's show". The first anime I watched where I actually knew was an anime was Attack on Titan.

Manga

First Manga/Webtoon: True Beauty/A Guy Like You/My Hero Academia

So this is kinda complicated, I'm not exactly sure what is considered a manga. Is it different from a webtoon? I put True Beauty because it was the first webtoon I read, which was before I realized anime and manga existed. A Guy Like You was the first... story? I'm not sure if it counts as a manga but if we're going based off of Anime Planet it is under that category so idk. That manga was the first one I read while actually realizing it was a manga. I read this around the time I started AOT (aka June 2020 bc of covid). Not sure why it ended up being a BL but yeah. My Hero Academia was the first manga that I read that I actually knew for sure was a manga.
