I just saw your comment in my No Game No Life review, and while I don't recollect what exactly I was thinking at the time, I'm sure what I meant with Shiro not getting enough time was not literal time but time of development, which is quite different. Shiro doesn't really evolve as a character nor does she have a lot of highlight moments, she's just there. I don't remember though just as you might not even remember you commented in that review so, uhhh, hello! :P
There was no way I was ever going to give this a 5/10 but I understand your point. If you count up everything and devide by 4 you get a 5/10 However, I disregard the points for animation and sound as they don't really matter as much as characters and story. Not for me anyway. I've seen anime with pretty bad visuals and still liked them because of the characters and story. Thank you for commenting, it is always appreciated.
Yeah, a lot of the different Monogatari series are all over the place on this website, which is fine considering that almost evert series starts with a different letter. It is extremely good though.
and yeah, that makes sense though. You wouldn’t want other people to think the wrong thing, and all that jazz. I think it’s appropriate to correct others
Yeah, that’s very true. And the feeling is mutual. I’m glad you’re not one of those people who just freak out over every small thing when it comes to an anime discussion. The stuff you say genuinely makes sense, so that’s great. And i’ll definitely check it out dude! I’m kind just going through the list alphabetically and watching whatever i like right now, which i do quite enjoy. I will look into your list and see if anything catches my eye though.
I’m currently watching the Monogatari series, and i gotta say, it’s easily my favourite series of all time. It’s so good, especially for my tastes. I’m sad though, ‘cause i’ll probably finish it tomorrow
