Ex-idol trainee Kiyu has lived his whole life adored by everyone for his good looks. But he dreams of ordinary high school life, so when he puts on glasses to blend in with his peers, he finds that making friends is a lot harder when you don’t have your looks to fall back on. Not to mention he’s also socially awkward, his new seatmate has a permanent scowl on her face, and his fans have tracked him down at his new school.
It's your generic brand romance that falls into the same annoying repetitious tropes. The MC is a softie and the Fml is basically the top. You'll fall for the sweet illusion this manhwa casts till chapter 40-41, that's when you realize "Ah, it's just like the others". That being said, it has it's redeeming qualities, Lily's design is nice along with Kiyu's grandmother, the females in this are very distinguished, but that could be said for most of the side characters. The art is pretty nice, but not nice enough to save me from the headache caused from all the love triangle angst and extra shit. I'm getting too old to read romance anything. Wait a year or a few moths for it to end and then just read it on the toilet. The verdict, meh, it's okay.
