Both have to do with time travel, and have the shouj romance quailty. The male protagonist both have t overcome the cultural differences between the time period. The female protagonist both face the choice of a painful love that spaned different time periods. Both ae amazing and well-written.

Both are related to acting. Mishounen Produce is a little sweeter because it lacks the historical background, but Sengoku Danshi Hana no Ran is also really good. The bishies are also beautiful. The art styles of both are beautiful :)

If you like Tonari no Shugoshin or Sengoku Danshi Hana no Ran you would probably enjoy the other because both manga are shoujo romances where a warrior from the past comes to the present and falls in love with the female protagonist.
