The Sengoku Era is a time when losing a battle meant losing it all. The Sword Saint, Isshin Ashina, aims for world domination…That is, until he encounters a certain Samurai… this short side story tells us of some events that happen before the actual game takes place. hanbei the undying is a samurai who is immortal and wanders from battle to battle. he arrives in a village which is being targetted by bandits and gets a little bit of help from the locals. in order to repay them for their kindness hanbei decides to get rid of their bandit problem but the more he get's involved the more he realizes that this is not just a mere bandit problem but more supernatural things are going around that village.this manga is really a gem for those people who have already played sekiro but those who have not played it will be left on a cliff hanger in the end. the story is really good and the plot progressess at a nice pace. the art is really nice on the eyes and fight scenes are also well portrayed. this is a must try for every samurai type fantasy manga lover.
