Both are yaoi manga in which one of the main characters is a single father. While they have different plots, both manga are cute and sweet (and have nice yaoi scenes). Only Serious About You is the better of the two in my opinion, but if you like one you will probably enjoy the other.

Both are yaoi manga which have a 'slice of life' feel and family themes. While both manga feature yaoi relationships, they also feature familial relationships (such as the father-daughter relationship in Only Serious About You and the interactions between the brothers in Home Drama). If you like one, you will probably like the other.

Both are BL manga in which one of the main characters is a single father. Also, while the situations are different, in both manga one guy helps out the other guy and that leads them into falling in love. Only Serious About You is the better of the two in my opinion, but if you like cute BL manga you should check out both.
A single father takes pity on a drunken man outside his bar, only to be taunted by his equally adorable, and impudent young daughter. Little did they know that he will play a major part in their life.

Both are BL manga in which one of the main characters is a single father. Both are cute stories that have a nice slice-of-life vibe. It should be noted that After the Child Sleeps is only a one-shot, while Only Serious About you is two volumes long (thus, is more fleshed out/has better development). Still, if you like one, you will probably enjoy the other.

After saving his father's company, Isao finally leaves his desk job to realize his lifelong dream of owning a flower shop, opening it in the same location that Aiko's shop used to be. Right before opening, he finds out that Aiko had passed away when he meets her widower Koutarou and their young son. Koutarou is utterly devoted to his son Zen and carries on the love of flowers that Aiko instilled in him. Thus the florist Isao falls in love with Koutarou, and tries to win his heart through the flowers they both love.

Both are BL manga in which one of the main characters is a single father. Both are cute and have a nice slice-of-life vibe. Only Serious About You is a bit more dramatic than Koisuru Barairo Tenchou, but if you like one you will probably like the other.

Only Serious About You is the better of the two in my opinion, but if you like this type of manga then you'll probably find enjoyment in both.
There are a few unusual things about Cafe Goyo. Number one, their coffee sucks. Number two, their customers never order off the menu. And number three, Yohan, the cafe manager, is deaf. So when Soohwa joins as a part-timer, though he is not expected to learn how to make good coffee, he is asked to expand his sign language vocabulary beyond the words, “higher,” “pay,” and “please.” But when Yohan offers to give him private lessons, Soohwa is reluctant. Not because he doesn’t want to study, but because he has a “hard” time around Yohan. Like, literally. He gets hard. Whenever he hears Yohan’s deep, sexy voice.

The couples in both of these yaoi are very sweet to each other. If you like your yaoi with plenty of cuteness, check these guys out.
In high school, studious Hitsuji had a secret crush on one of his guy friends–a friendly delinquent named Hatoyama–but never confessed. Years later, Hitsuji is a slightly anxious but responsible adult who found his calling as an elementary school teacher. One of his young students is upset with a sloppy and nonconformist dad–who turns out to be Hatoyama! When Hitsuji learns that Hatoyama is struggling to raise his son as a single parent, Hitsuji helps him out, first as a teacher and then as a friend who can teach Hatoyama how to clean his home and cook actual vegetables. As the men grow closer, some of Hitsuji’s anxieties begin to melt around the welcoming (and grateful) Hatoyama. What will become of the feelings Hitsuji used to harbor for his first love?
