There was a clan who used their magical tools to help those humans whose desires had been stirred and whose hearts had been mislead. They're known as the "Demon Appraisers". Oz, a high school student who dreams of becoming a manga artist, is given a mysterious pen by his classmate "Babiro". What horrors await Oz, who now holds that pen in his hands?
