While I would usually go into detail about OVAs this was more of an intro to the series, something you'd see before the Intro movie plays, not really an episode in of itself, so for the most part the scores align with those of season one. It was a cute introduction to Docrow Skull (Hell's bureau chief) and Elsie, a young Demon looking to attain the same rank as her sister when it comes to the business of collecting loose souls. Story: 5/10 Animation: 8/10 Sound: 7/10 Characters: 8/10 Overall: 6/10
