I LOVED :

- Two gangs of good guys who help others instead of causing trouble

One leader has a crush on the other one but keeps being rude to him without meaning to, from shyness and anxiety.

- The leader's whole gang is so supportive and cheering him on, trying to help him with his crush.

It's adorable with absolutely zero toxic masculinity or homophobia whatsoever. Makes me wish the real world was like this!

The beginning idea was fantastic, but at some point it kinda lost my interest by being a little repetitive, especially since Sou miraculously got over his shyness in an instant...

Izuhara Sou carries the story all on feir own. Whenever fe goes near the object of feir crush, fe blurts out rude and hateful things out of an extreme case of nervousness. It's pretty cute, since we see that gap from how we know fe actually feels and how fe ends up acting. Each chapter basically involves a separate case that their crime prevention units get involved with, while also showing relationship progress. I think the most important chapter, relationship-wise, is the third one. That chapter also introduces probably the only notable character trait for Shinba Tetsuji--that fe has trouble reading kanji. The art is pretty good. It has those elongated eyes, pointed chins, and beautiful hair that I've come to associate with yaoi manga.

The crime prevention units are in a bit of an odd space, legally and morally. They have some similarities to a neighborhood watch, where people patrol and keep an eye out for problems. But they also go undercover and assault wrongdoers while dealing with them. This makes them basically vigilantes, which then makes it odd that the police find their actions acceptable. If you don't know why vigilantism is problematic, imagine policing but without any attempts at having proper procedures or checks on their power (without the need to read the Miranda rights, without the need for warrants, and so on)--relying solely on the good natures of the crime fighters. We already have problems with police abusing their power, we don't need unofficial policing groups with even less oversight and accountability also roaming the streets. The crimes they deal with include scamming, stalking, and general harassment.
