Its basically a smut power fantasy isekai. That's fine if that’s what you want, and I didn't really mind it too much until he sleeps with a literal 10 year old in chapter 11. I can deal with ecchi or sex scenes, but literal pedophilia is just disgusting and Im suprised it didn't get it axed.  

Art isn't that great and the bodies look odd, for example the mc has super long legs a tiny head, muscular upper body and a baby face. 

Main charecter isn't really interesting, and doesn't have any substance. The female charecters are just cookie cutter harem members such as the childhood friend, oppai loli (literal 10 year old), succubus, adventure who respected his strength, or an elf who is over 700 years old. Girls just suddenly become his slaves because why not. 

Overall, its trash that acknowledges itself as trash, and if it weren't for the pedophilia it could be at best a 4/10.

A very generic and erotic harem Isekai series. After MC dies goddess grants him insanely OP character traits and sends him to fantasy world. He builds harem of girls. It’s very explicit and lot of panels are dedicated to sex scenes with the girls. This is very NSFW. It’s isekai, where other people meaning females, who knew the MC get transported [1] or reincarnated in order to enter the harem as well, because why not. It has all the tropes for this type of the series – power numbers, increasing power of the harem by both virtue of being member and by having sex with the MC, every girl instantly falling unconditionally in love with the MC, because he is that cool. He is so amazing hot girls volunteer to join his harem of slaves. Pretty much every girl saved by MC enters the harem [2]. It isn’t just the girls, who get power up, the MC unlocks new power by conquering each girl. The MC is so OP he at one point resurrects guy from dead. To make action scenes at least somewhat enjoyable it uses classical switch to let fight the girls – characters with lower power level. Villains aren’t original too.

Visually the series looks actually good, but the story and characters are mostly generic.

Overall, this manga is very mediocre.

This series is classic seinen without furigana. It leans toward more text heavy series.

[1] There was a bit funny part, where two females in love with MC die in our world by getting drunk and drowning in a river.

[2] Yes, it does include all the girls from a village saved in the very beginning even if it’s postponed to some later chapter.
