Garbage pervert from another world manages to get a job as a healer in a clinic but is fired for sexually harassing women.  Buys a loli slave to become an adventurer instead, wanting money with the life goal of having a harem 'because it's isekai.'  Honestly made for horny teenage boys, nothing of value within, but that's half the isekais out there at this point.

If you're just looking for another below average isekai and don't mind the fanservice, you'll probably enjoy it.  Yes, I know what ecchi means, but there's pantyshot ecchi and there's treating women like objects and not bothering to remember their names.  Just not a main character I can read about and enjoy following, nothing interesting enough to make me care about the manga personally.

The art isn't half bad, the story and characters are cut-and-paste, all in all it's below average.

I'm only 2 chapters in but that's more than enough to get a super quick review done for this. This is a cookie cutter isekai in every sense of the genre. It has a cookie cutter protagonist (college-aged pervy guy), with a cookie cutter goal (to create a harem) with cookie cutter heroines with cookie cutter tropes (tsunderes galore and the pervy female among others) and a cookie cutter adventure plot (visiting the labyrinth). Nothing stands out, everything is just "meh" and that won't change. It almost seems like the author tried to deliberately hit every isekai stereotype in the book. Ruruka is the best girl by far and the only character I like. She's the only one who's semi-interesting and isn't pure cookie cutter.

Don't begin reading this expecting anything different than what other basic isekai offer.

I really loved it and the ending was really good. It's just the main character really shows his toughts... and the only reason why I don't like it is that's most of the run time is him hitting on girls in his mind. I'm a guy and it's just kinda different in my mind so I can't relate to it i guess but apart from that I loved it. The final battle is a little goofy but it makes sense so it's not too bad.
