The manga this most reminded me of is Dead Tube, what with how it has a bloodthirsty person livestreaming violence while sometimes trying to be somewhat righteous in that violence (though the righteousness or lack thereof isn't really the point). I can't really say that this story has a "moral" to it, but the themes it plays around with are clout-chasing on social media as well as how people can be addicted to a variety of things (to drugs, to a cult, to violence, etc.). The artwork is very well done. There are a lot of details in the backgrounds, fluidity between panels, and a sense of natural looseness to the characters. The fights are also pretty decent, even though they end being very one-sided.
