OK, the "twist" that Angel's not actually bad and that it's Yurippe who is truly the villain in the situation was not a surprise. AT ALL. I could see that coming since episode 1.
That said, I really do adore this character and feel she has the most interesting and truest "journey" out of anyone in the series. If there can be a single reason given to watch this show, it's her.
@TsumiMitsuki Again, it doesn't have sense. If she is a leader, she is supposed to have good judgement, not going like crazy without talking things first. How the hell did she assume that Kanade was an angel? Why not talk instead assuming things? The people there really trusted this chick? this is simply inconsistent.
You guys say that she is a great, interesting and original character, when she is another walking-cliché like every other character in this show. The stereotype of "I'm abrasive, hostile and bossy towards some people but in reality I'm such a softie that has problems with expressing her feelings!" Practically a tsundere. Woooooow. And a dark past. Wooooow.
If I am supposed to felt pity or care about her, it isn't working.
Although cliches can be bad,I partially disagree with Kanade being pointless. She was the one who pulled Otonashi to the Afterlife,if I'm not wrong.Kuuderes may be 'dull',but I find tsunderes more aggravating and abusive.

@CrimsonCondor: Except nothing about the writing for Yuri was horrendous.
Better than Kanade, oops.
