people hate him because of the things he did, but he's actuly a well written carachter. It's rare to have such a complex charachter, with charisma and not making him boring. to me, Light should not be hated for such a banal reason. yes he killed people but mostly rotten people. he wanted to create an utopia and yes that's stupid, since at the end it consumed him... but at least he tried. AND DO NOT come at me saying ''but he killed L :'' yeah i was sad too, but L is not better than him. do you really think he wanted to catch Light because he genuinly wanted peace and was on the good side? nahhh, he was the same as kira and the only difference between them was that L was on the other team. to them, it was only agame to see who'd won at the end. so respectfuly, i don't get the people who hate on him and can shut their mouthes.
