Also invincible has been doing the one thing Disney fails at a proper twist villain i say this because here is why Disney fails at twist villains 

1. they pull a 180 and say some random character needs to be evil
2. They never show their evil side to the audience 
3. They do not feel like a huge threat just a minor obstacle 
4. The point of a twist villain is to trick characters not audiences 
5. Most importantly they are almost always played by actors who play the villain in everything they are in

Ps there are some gruesome stuff in it because this was made by the guys who created the walking dead comics
