i watched the persona 5 special it was okay for a 1 episode special for a game.
from what i pick up
the mcs use their magic powers to stop crime by fighting the baddies magical powers
this then causes the bad guy to have a nervous breakdown and they go confess

now thinking about this from the detective characters perspective it seems a bit like they are abducting people feeding them powerful hallucinogenic drugs and making them have a personality change/brain washing/ ego death kind of thing

so i was thinking if i was in this world and i heard about them i would say they were a cia offshot (or a cult i guess)/mkultra kind of thing and they glowed really hard/ were cultivating gangs for glowiepurposes - such as drug smuggling and arms dealing and regime changing

but i would be wrong
they are just a bunch of high schoolers who want to stop crime (seemingly from the special)
so its lucky im not the detective in that world

i would never catch them cause id be looking for secret documents about them in the archives (and probably get distracted and do research on something else) or i would be blogging about the attempt to coup japan and create a greater police state depending on my mood
so they would get away with their misdeeds

ill leave the crime solving to the detectives

for now..
