No, Your Lie in April :P
It's like a romance-drama type of a thing. It was the best of the ongoing series I was watching. And it certainly ended w/ a bang (minus the post-creds bullshit -_-)

Ah.. I see, the OVA's are set far into the manga which is why it seemed so much different from the Anime series.Seeing as how Air Gear was not so successful when it aired in Japan and lacked the popularity to continue, it's quite understandable that the changes may seem so abrupt since it was stopped quite early in the story,hehe.
The introduction of Skulls Saders in the manga was the worst, hated that. But welll, after he beats them it gets way better.

I see that you have recently dropped the Air Gear manga.
It's an absolutely amazing manga and I'm sure if you give it a chance you'd love it too.
I do remember the start. And I do remember that I did not like it too. Ikki is 18 in the Manga and 15 in the Anime. So it's a bit more mature in the Manga. Reading it from start to finish is quite worth it. You'll like it.

Ehh its one of those dreary rainy day, nothing to do -_-. I did watch a some anime today. The 2nd Persona 3 movie and Gatekeepers 21, both were solid for a day like today lol
