You can already see it, the similarities to "Angel Beats" are hard to miss. The author apparently has a certain tendency towards this drama.

But not only that, he seems to like to repeat his mistakes. And here he absolutely didn’t skimp on it.

The anime begins with a very promising episode that made me curious. The setting and drawing style could hardly have been more monotonous, but it was made up for, thanks to the decent animations.

The problem with the work is as follows. Hardly anyone tried to make anything out of it. The actual plot is rather weak with a few mediocre twists and turns and a somewhat satisfying ending. The process and implementation are undoubtedly bad. You spend almost 8 episodes with various irrelevant and uninteresting everyday episodes that hardly help with the characters. Then the main events begin, one forced twist after the other, and whoosh, we have a finale, some drama, and an ending. The basic idea behind it wasn't bad, you could have made MUCH more of it.

Then, as mentioned, all of the unimportant everyday episodes were extremely sluggish. Normally you should get to know the characters more or at least build sympathy for them, but no. There was a single character Arc that at least tried to develop something.

The characters have been lifeless, monotonous, and meaningless as they could possibly be. It was impossible for me to feel anything for her. That was also the case with Angle Beats, but there he was able to scratch the curve with the last episode. The protagonist had a very interesting concept in the beginning, which turned out to be almost nothing. Even if I later found his fluctuations in character quite interesting, which you don't see often. The protagonist was probably the definition of a sidekick. Although she looked quite individual and had a more masculine personality, I thought something could be made of her. NO, it was empty until the end.

Musically it was average but could support some scenes.

In the end, the anime turned out to be quite disappointing. You had potential and so much leeway and yet nothing was made of it. The name of the anime is probably the only thing I will remember after many years, based on its individual sound. Otherwise, the implementation failed to my disappointment.
