Secret Santa Review: spoiler free. Story: the stongpoint of this anime is certainlly the plot. i don't know if this is the 1st of it's kind. i say this because at the time of this writing, there seems to be quite a few of anime about people trapped in a video game. either way, this was the 1st of that type of anime i have seen therefore, it had the impact of a new idea. hopefully, i'm not too bias. the story starts off slow but get better with time by leaps and bounds. apparently, there are many psychological themes in the story that deal with why people who escape reality because of it's harshness... secret Santa review: Story - with only 13 episodes to work with, the plot still developes nicely. there is a fair amount of deception in the plot to keep viewers on their toes. be sure to pay attention. if you miss a detail you may lose interest. animation - the "colours" our characters see in the story make for interesting visuals. fluid fight scenes without repeating sequences. the activity of the citizens running about in the background do not come off as faceless. sound - the music inbetween the opening and ending all seemed unoticeable. the sound effect of a certain deadly voice... Secret Santa Review... Story: with an episodic format, a viewer can really just pick up and watch at their convinence. many episodes begin and conclude their individual plots. great for someone who has a busy schedule. each character does have at least an episoded dedicated to developing them, individually. there is loads of fun watching these characters get into trouble. this may seem rediculous to mention but the series does conclude itself while many other anime do not.  Animation: very well drawn and realistic. no oversized body parts like many ecchi anime. opening sequence animation is a fun...
