I have been watching anime since I was a teenager. Some of my favorites include Rurouni Kenshin, Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing, G-Gundam, Pokemon, Summer Wars, and the Miyazaki movies. I haven't been reading manga as long as I've been watching anime, but I sure read a lot of it. I like Shoujo and Slice-of-Life manga the best, but I also like to read Shonen and Josei manga, and have more recently begun reading some horror manga (more psychological horror like Blood on the Tracks).
I love recommendations, so if anyone wants to recommend a favorite manga or anime, I'm always open to it, and will be sure to give it a fair try, even if it ends up not being my cup of tea.

I agree and as for manga, I'm kind of having a hard time finding one as good as Trigun Maximum that I read last summer, but School Rumble isn't half-bad. Pretty good for a romantic comedy and my big Ontarian friend is a huge fan of that series.
I plan to learn Japanese so that I'll be able to re-read Silent Möbius more comfortably. I like the fact that its main characters are women and not kids like other manga. To me, it's more seinen than shounen and sci-fi is too complex for kids, especially for average zoomers.
So yeah, I'm not into the same manga or anime as Gen Z.
Another thing that I love about Gundam Wing is the theme song Just Communication. You're welcome by the way. :)
Apart from Gundam Wing, I'm also a big fan of Fafner in the Azure (one of the darkest anime I've ever seen). Yes, it's got Hisashi Hirai's character designs and I re-watched Infinite Ryvius early last season.
Hello miss! So what do you love most about Gundam Wing? My new-ish friend (an FF8 fangirl) and I were talking about it months ago. It's been two years since I last re-watched that anime and after Endless Waltz, I re-watched Madlax (big fan of Houko Kuwashima and Aya Hisakawa).
Nowadays, I try to catch up with manga like my semi-tomboyish friend from North Carolina and this 36 year-old fantasy fangirl (big fan of mahou shoujo also) that I met years ago.
You have good taste by the way.
