I really enjoyed the series, although I don't think it can be recommended to everyone. The idea, although not unique, is handled in a very special way. It's a combination of slice of life and romance, with a few action and comedy moments. The main idea, - of two factions fighting and having legal permission to do so, - does seem a bit unrealistic. The pacing is really slow in the beginning. I had to wait for 4 episodes to finally get invested in the characters and the overall plot.
