Just to beware, This review might be biased as I am a sucker for action-romance stories.

The art was very well done especially for the time it was made. I would say it would still compare pretty well to mangas made today. Now, about the story, there was a lot that was great about it. It felt like it was written pretty similarly to Popular anime/manga/LN Re: Zero. The one thing in common about these two is the fact that if the main character doesn't know something, the reader won't know either. It gets you thinking from the point of view of the main character which helps you understand what he is feeling even more. That fact itself, made my heart ache at the end of this manga. Since I was looking at things from the point of view of the main character, I really felt the suffering he did and the happiness that came after. The way it was written really got me thinking not only with my head but also with my heart. I would think in the middle of arcs, "If I was him, What would I have done?" "If I was her, Would I have been selfish?" Sure some characters were pretty annoying, but that is exactly why they were not given much screen time.

This was an emotional rollercoaster and I would 100% ride again. This reminds me of Re: Zero without a physically pathetic MC. I feel similar things when these two are brought up. Then again, they are very different stories and genres. Yet, I both feel despair, loneliness, and suffering from these two Titles.

Holy fuck thats a good story, art is really good too, but they REALLY need to add the tradegy tag to this, if it doesnt apply to this story idk what story it does apply to. This is an emotionally heavy story, be warned.
