As of writing this I have read up to ch54. This is a story about a veteran adventurer trying to train up some accident prone newbies so that he can retire. It's a pretty slow story with excursions into different hostile zones. The accidents that his all female newbies get into are almost always lewd in nature. The various situations can be funny at times but will get rather boring later. The characters are all pretty standard isekai trope-y so its very average there. The artwork is okay. there is nothing that really sticks out and there's nothing that's terribly bad as well. the ecchi scenes can be quite well drawn which is where I think they probably spent all their effort. Also, the MC is your stereotypical train instead of falling for the obvious girl(s) that like you type character. So if you hate that trope, you will hate this
