Here's my review on the sequel of the original comical manga Gravitation, Gravitation Extra/Genzo. *sighs*

  Story:

It is the continuation of the first Gravi, but it seems to focus more on the relationships of Yuki and Shuichi, instead of both the band side and romance aspect, which is fine I suppose but it doesn't make much sense. *spoilers* Ryuichi loves Shuichi? WTF? He seems to like him platonically, not romanticaly in the original. and Tohma is super obssesive over Yuki again? >___< The non romantic plotlines with Kitazawa's son, Riku and Ryuichi are interesting tho. *spoilers* And the comedy is still as funny and crazy as the original. If only the story made sense. XC

Art:

The art is crisp, clean, and nice to look at. But I personally don't like how everybody looks cutesy now *except Yuki for some reason* Overall the art is great.

Characters:

This is what made the story make no sense and making me give it a low score. The character development with the characters from the original seemed lost. Examples: Tohma and Reiji. Also some act out of character like Ryuichi for example. The only characters I like tho are Yuki, Shuichi, and Riku.

Overall:

I wouldn't recommend this sequel to Gravi fans becuase it just didn't make sense. Just read the original, it has a much better and coherent story with a complete ending. I could only recommend it if your in the mood for some Murakami comedy or just want Gravi fanservice.

6/10 story
9/10 art
4/10 characters
6/10 overall
