If you're looking for manga similar to Fujimura-kun Meitsu, you might like these titles.
Kazama Kenji thinks he's a delinquent. He's got the look, the style and the attitude to match - he even has a second-rate entourage of sorts. Deep down, however, Kazama is a good-hearted kid who finds himself and his loyal gang in over their heads when they stumble upon the Game Creation Club. The club's formidable members, Chitose, Sakura, Minami and Roka, are four girls who he might actually be attracted to if they weren't so freaking weird. The girls claim to have otherworldly powers which they use to defeat Kazama's gang and force him to join their offbeat club. Can Kazama resist the girls' bizarre charms and return to some semblance of a normal, everyday life…or is it "game over" for our hapless hero?

Both Fujimura-kun Mates and D-Frag! are gag manga about a delinquent guy hanging out with a handful of out of ordinary girls. The style of humor, characters lacking common sense and hilarious punchlines make those two series a good match.
The main selling point, aside from a delinquent surrounded by oddball characters, is the humor. Straight man/funny man, punchlines with proper timing, a bit of wordplay and truly, seriously, the punchlines. The main delinquents for both series are masters of the art!
Both these manga revolve around a delinquent male who somehow gets dragged into a group of insane girls who seem to do nothing but make his life more difficult.
The comedy is of a high standard in each, with excellent punchlines everywhere, fun characters who say random things at the funniest of times, some great wordplay and even a few quality references thrown in for good measure.
Fans of one should find the other an enjoyable read.
Both have delinquent main characters that act as "tsukkomi" to their main love interests. "Fujimura-kun Mates" is a bit more sexual than "D-Frag!" in the sense that it bluntly shows how the love interests feel about the protagonist. seriously, Fujimura is kind of terrified of just how much his three "girlfriends" love him, meanwhile Kazuma (protagonist of D-Frag!) is unknowingly surrounded by a harem of timid tsunderes. It's a laugh riot either way.
Aizawasan Zoushoku - My cute girlfriend has multiplied! Expressionless and mysterious, Shino Aizawa is the fragile beauty in the class. She suddenly confesses her love to the main character, Souta Mizutani, but another Shino Aizawa appears thereafter… Twins…!? Or a doppelganger!?

So you read Fujimura-kun Mates and liked it? Do yourself a favor and go read Aizawa-san Zoushoku right about now!
I mean, it was written by the same person, it's a crazy harem comedy and has similar style (which needlessly to say, stands out among other harem comedies). You can't go wrong with that.
Aizawa-san Zoushoku and Fujimura-Kun Mates shares the similar comedy style, Tsukkomi and Boke.
Both are Harem and they are by the same creator
Daichi Shinigawa is a typical delinquent who wants nothing to do with high school. However, bespectacled Hana Adachi, the class representative, will do anything in her power to make sure Daichi participates in whatever events the school has to offer. If she has to surprise him in the boy's bathroom to get him to go on the school field trip, so be it! Daichi is confused as to why a class rep would care so much about a troublemaker like him; what could be the reason behind her actions?

Yankee-kun to Megane-chan has similar plot to Fujimura-kun Mates, that is a delinqent getting dragged into school life by a not so normal girl. However the humor is way less over the top and there is way less harem there. Still Yankee-kun to Megane-chan is a good title, so if you liked Fujimura-kun Mates, you should give Yankee-kun to Megane-chan a try.
Ishikawa Takuya, a high-school student who doesn't stand out in any particular way, is surprised when his principal asks him to take care of some transfer students. He is even more surprised to find that there are actually 30 charming female transfer students in his care, who have come from a boarding school that was destroyed in a fire! At first it seems like a dream come true, but then he notices their knives... and guns... What kind of school did these girls come from?

Both Fujimura-kun Mates and Mission! School are gag manga with brutally hilarious punch lines. In both, the humor is also delivered by characters honesty (you know, les enfants terible kind of thing). Not to mention that the girls in both of those series seem to be lacking a great deal of common sense. If you liked the humor in one of those manga, odds are you might like the other one as well.
Mizuhashi Nao is a 16 year old, who is shy and friendless. He passes his class breaks in the toilet playing games where he won't be bothered. One day an upperclassman appears peaking from above and with a huge nosebleed that covers him with blood. Her name is Serika. Wait, a girl?! What is a girl doing in the boys restroom? And why did she just ask him out on a date? Nao's world is about to be turned upside down.

Fulimura-kun Mates and Choku have one thing in common, both of those manga feature a perverted girl with (quite) a few loose screws. In both cases it's really hilarious (though Eri is more awesome). If you liked one of those manga, you have to check the other one as well.

If you can't get enough of Eri, you could try reading Trinity Seven. It featurs a character named Arin who is very similar to Eri (though not as awesome). It should be noted that the protagonist of Trinity Seven, unlike Fujimura, doesn't seem to be bothered by having a harem, in fact he seems to enjoy the company of all those girls very much.

If you liked Eri from Fujimura-kun Mates or Momoko from Sumomomo Momomo, then be sure to check the other manga as well, because those two characters are quite similar. Both of them are rather adorable umm... perverts who are set on reducing birth decline with a guy who not only is uninterested, but also finds the girl to be a great annoyance.
Shinta likes to play with cats even though he cannot have one for a pet because of his father's allergies. Cats also like to play with Shinta... in more ways than one... including becoming Shinta's girlfriend and generally trying to get him to reciprocate their catcalls, literally.

In both manga the male lead who is believed to be a delinquent by everyone, finds himself an unwanted harem of totally messed up girls (which he would rather not have). Those girls are different between those two series, but if you found one of those manga funny, you could try reading the other one too.
A beautiful girl named Guri, who has a mysterious item that forces two random people to kiss and turns them into couples, appears in front high school student, Aino Seiji. Despite being dressed up as a shinigami, she's actually cupid. Suddenly, Guri tries to kiss Seiji, and then... Unavoidable and uncontrollable. A forceful love comedy that starts with an angel and a kiss!!

If you found either of those manga funny, the other one should suit your taste as well. Both series are crazy harem comedies, but for once they are actually funny, though Fujimura-kun Mates is probably the better one among those two.
