The MC is a total pussy I mean like he literally ruined all of his friendships cause he's bends the truth to where he has the upper hand and spoiler alert he does not get with his neighbor she got a boyfriend and he ends up by himself in the end all and all don't read if you get emotional or hate bad endings

Story about a young college student who constantly logs his thoughts in an anonymous chatroom and twists the truth of the situations he is in into his favor. Nearly every other character except for the main focus character is decent and held a general good opinion of the main character until his sociopathic actions and treatment of them lead them to disassociate with him. Title  checks out, the MC is a boy trying to pretend that he is a man.

This is honestly not a bad story. I've never felt so insecure after reading one manga. The mc is a narcissist.
