A True Doctor

"The Gates of Hell"—that’s what they call the doors to the surgical ward of Yeonseong Hospital. And I’m Taesoo Choi, one of the many interns seen as nothing more than tin can robots by some of the senior doctors. To escape this chaos, I went hiking, where I found the nearly lifeless body of the esteemed surgeon Dr. Kauffrene. Save yourself a lot of agony and cringe, what your going into is a lot of forced drama and a snail pace story. MC is a very dull and bland character with no personality and throughout S1 it doesn't change so the writer tries to change it by changing mc appearance in s2 which just makes you want to cringe. The art is paced on realistic feeling but it looks trash house. Art changes between seasons 1 and 2 but is still bad. Mc just keeps running away without resolving anything and hence no development. In season 2 he changes dramatically which makes no sense and becomes an asshole from his sorry state. Allot of cringe and you well be able to predict everything that happens in season 2 as that when the author goes the route of using every cliche in the book. Also, medical surgeries are a joke and do not showcase the true medical world.

Don't read it for medical advice, or for any satisfaction for this story. You only need to read this when you've exhausted every other better manhwa than this one, but do enjoy a binge of 134 chapters of trashy medical manhwa. In the end I find this manhwa enjoyable to read, even though it's definitely not even in my top 100. 7.5/10 enjoyable.
