Like Kuroyukihime, Fuuko (Sky Raker) is also elegant princess-like aura.
She is a calm and approachable character. Also a strong Burst linker. I'm happy to see her with Nega Nebulus in the OVA. I want to see her more in a possible Accel World season 2.
If only she has more scenes in the anime, she could have ranked her a bit higher in my list. :)
