I generally don't like perverted male characters (or perverted females, for that matter..) but I respect his character development over the course of the series. It was well done.
This character made me find a new found respect for all the Gary Stu MC's I've criticised in the past. I'll take those over this disgusting pedofile any day of the week.

Anyone who defends this guy is a pedofile in my books and any "arguments" you make is pointless just like your life.
