Blaming the things you did on other people and refusing to acknowledge you ever did anything wrong. There are very few characters I absolutely despise and she is one of them. She is probably my least favorite character ever in anything I have ever watched. She reminds me a lot of someone I know who is cause much harm against me.
In the manga Kawai was my least favourite character because when people attempted to resolve their issues, she'd bring up a new one and wouldn't take resposibility for her actions.
However in the movie she has less significance to the plot so my dislike for her wasn't fleshed out and completly justifiable based on what we see of her on screen. Although Kawai is still (in my opinion) a dislikable character in the movie she isn't my least favourite.

she played the victim rather than apologizing, and acted like everyone was the bad guy and she did nothing wrong.
