I've dropped this anime after episode 7, but my distaste is mainly because I enjoyed the Manga and episode 7 was the highlight of skipping content. How many chapters were merged into this one episode? My favorite parts of the manga were trimmed away and left unemphasized. All in all I'd say the manga is better than the anime adaptation. However, this is an anime review... If I try to remain unbiased, it's not that bad. It's a lighthearted show that I think portrays current day medicine in a fantasy world as well as it could. It's a good watch if you want to see something not very dramatic and keeps a positive mood despite the challenges the characters face. That, and at least the anime did cut away some of the very few awkward scenes that I guess counted as fanservice which the manga did have.

Intelligently combining medical science and isekai magic is so interesting and creative.It differs from many other similar titles which only apply the modern knowledge directly without the actual implementation or imagination of magic. Some other animes of failure, such as Bookworm trying to make books through traditional approach in a world of magic doesn't make sense to me and gets boring very quickly. You would likely fall asleep watching Bookworm if you are not a book history fanatic.But this one doesn't get boring at all. It has many innovative ideas to keep it fresh. You can still enjoy the show through the magic/action scenes, interesting story and characters even if you are not a medical science fanatic.It's just so cleverly put together. Dearly hope there will be a Sequel.

This anime is OK. Like it isn't great, but it isn't bad. The anime starts pretty good, but the later ep make it into a very generic anime. Like without the later ep I would give it a 9 out of 10. But with them, it's a 7 out of 10 IMO. Still, I think it is worth a watch.
